All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to the MilfPlay name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, algorithms, and compilation of user content, are and will remain the exclusive property of MilfPlay.org. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service or any MilfPlay intellectual property.

4.2 Your Content

By submitting content to the Service, you grant MilfPlay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such content in connection with the Service. This license continues even if you stop using the Service.

4.3 Copyright Complaints

In no event shall MilfPlay's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to MilfPlay in the last twelve (12) months, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MILFPLAY.ORG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• Extended periods of inactivity.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
